Turning off - Refill - Relax

DAS Hintersee is the starting point of a wide hiking & EMTB region surrounded by the Osterhorngroup in the Salzkammergut. Our newest achievement in the area is the mountain-lake trial, which directly bypassed at the hotel.

In the winter season the area changes to the ski area Gaissau/Hintersee with 30 km of piste. The hotel offers a ski shuttle everyday. Including to this the region is perfectly for ski touring & cross country skiing.

Hotel Trattlerhof enjoys a scenic location on the edge of the forest, close to the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim. In summer the hiking and biking trails start straight in front of the Hotel. In winter only 150 metres from the lifts to the Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald Ski Areas. All important facilities can be reached by foot or with the free ski bus, which stops in front of the hotel.

All rooms in the Trattlerhof are furnished in traditional Austrian style. Most of them feature a balcony offering panoramic mountain views.

Spa facilities include a pool, whirlpool, finnish sauna and a new stone pine soft sauna, a hot tub, a steam bath and floating beds. Massages and high quality nature cosmetic products are offered in our beauty area.

The Trattlerhof restaurant serves traditional and international cuisine as well as creative specialities made of fresh regional produce. New buffet area and a walk-in wine depot.
